Can I add more drinks to a package, or alter them in some way?

Yes! Our packages are a guideline, but they can easily be made bespoke for your event.

How do I know which package to choose?

Really, it depends on how much variety you would like to offer your guests. Every package will supply an appropriately generous amount of drinks for your event. But our signature package offers more variety.

Will there be enough drinks for all?

As every Aperitivo! event goes for around 3 hours, we estimate around 4-6 drinks per person to be a generous amount. Some will drink less, some will drink more, but in our experience, this is around the right average.

Will my office break-out space be adequate?

All that we require to operate is access to basic kitchen facilities, in particular, a kitchen sink area. Access to refrigeration is not necessary. We recommend setting up your boardroom or break-out space as a ‘mostly-standing’ affair, by clearing any large furniture and supplying a variety of high tables, and low tables with seating. We can help you with layout suggestions in advance, so that the space can be ready for our arrival, and your guests.


Our office is really bland - how can we jazz it up?

There’s never any need to redecorate for an Aperitivo! event. However, if you want to eliminate any potential mood killers, we’ve found that avoiding the use of all fluorescent lighting is helpful. Why not see if you can just utilise 1 fluoro light, instead of all them? Try moving a few floor or desk lamps to strategic places in your break-out space. Or throw some battery-powered fairy lights into a glass jar, for some simple yet effective mood lighting. A little background music can really help too . Why not place a bluetooth speaker in the corner of the room and play some mellow jazz? Most importantly, take the time to be ready to welcome your guests with a smile and some relaxed conversation.

What if I need to cancel my event?

Your deposit is 100% fully refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule your event within 28 days of the event date. It is 50% refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule your event within 14 days of the event. We cannot refund any deposit % for any cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

What about glass breakages?

We go to a lot of trouble to use only the finest of glassware - the kind you don’t get at a pub, or at many bars for that matter! Our prices include a 5% breakage allowance which allows for the odd breakage or two. However, if more than 5% of our glassware is broken by guests, we do reserve the right to charge a minimal breakage fee, to allow us to replenish our stock. We also request that the event organiser ensure there is adequate clean up facilities on site, should a glass or two be broken.
