VIRGIN SLOE GIN & TONIC

This classic Aussie long refresco is made with lime cordial, fresh lemons & a dash of angostura bitters over plenty of ice.

LEMON LIME & BITTERS

A flute of super chilled Nosecco, with a side shot of “Jamaica” - the classic Mexican cordial made from dried Hibiscus flowers. Add, as much or as little as you like.

HIBISCUS ROYALE

A classic Korean drink made from infusing Yuzu marmalade, topped with San Pellegrino & poured over ice with lemon thyme garnish.
